The first meeting of the EURO Working Group on Stochastic Modelling was held from 19th April until 21st April 2006 at the Department of Mathematics at the VU University Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Format

Single-track, there were three invited speakers: Garrett van Ryzin (Columbia), Pierre l'Ecuyer (Montreal) and Onno Boxma (Eindhoven).
