Successful StochMod meeting 2024

We thank again Andrea Matta and his entire team for the great organization of this years StochMod conference at Polytechnico Milano. We had a great attendance with 77 talks in 24 sessions with 77 talks exploring a wide range of topics in stochastic modeling. Our keynote speakers Govindan Kannan, Michael Grieves, and Ger Koole delivered interesting and relevant presentations on sustainability, digital twins, and call center workforce management. We want to thank to our keynote speakers, session chairs, and all presenters. Moreover, we would like to thank to our sponsors MADE Competence Center, EWG STOCHMOD, Technology Transfer Systems, and Syxis.

The next StochMod meeting will be organized by Rob van der Mei and Joost Berkhout from CWI. We look forward to seeing you during our next meeting in Amsterdam in 2026 in!
